Update user guides for the transcript area of the learning management system.
My Role
I analyzed workflows, most useful features for users, and designed and developed the script and all video content.
Solution
I created the video with input from my supervisor as well as help desk staff to ensure we included typical problem areas for users.
Result
The video explains how best to use the record of learning in the LMS.
