Challenge
Transportation managers needed to accurately interpret paper Hours of Service logs when electronic systems were unavailable. Errors could create operational and regulatory risk.

My Role
I researched applicable requirements, collaborated with subject-matter experts, designed the instructional approach, wrote the content, and developed the interaction in Articulate Storyline.

Solution
I created a scenario-based lesson that allowed learners to practice identifying compliance issues in realistic log examples, with immediate feedback and assessment
